No Spamming Please
OK, now that we have enjoyed some spam. Mmmm that was tasty wasn't it? But seriously, META has no issue with promoting services, products, and resources that benefit the membership and ELT. But we do not tolerate spamming advertisements to each and every member. This is considered an abuse of privilege as a member.
Placing a link in the forum or groups area discussion .. or more appropriately in your personal ePortfolio is fine. We support that. Also events may be posted in the events calendar. So lots of appropriate places to get noticed in a friendly way.
If you do have a message that you believe is of wide-membership appeal, send a message to one of the Administrators for consideration as a broadcast message.
