Is the syllabus for Secondary School completed?

I am a practitioner teacher in Secondary School and I searched an example of a teaching resource (unit 5) to use in my 3rd grade class. However I did not find it in the SEP website.
Does it mean that they did not finish the syllabus? Does it mean that they forgot to post the teaching resources in the website? Does it mean that the students are leaving school and they do not need to take care about the content in that unit?
If you know something about it or want to give an opinion, please give me that information as soon as it is possible. I really need to work on it.
