Thanks for your response. As I mentioned in my report, all the participants were coming from India, so perhaps the problem was over there since no one could hear the presenter nor could she present anything on the whiteboard. Since I don´t know enough about the system, I´m not sure what was causing the problem. But anyway, I´ll try using the service again some time to see if I have any luck.

Thanks for your response. I´m not sure what the problem was, but none of the participants, who mainly were from India, could hear each other either. I tried another session and there was a post saying that the session was closed due to technical difficulties. I tried a third session which did finally work. I´m going to continue to try out the service so I can become more familiar with it, but yesterday was tough-going.
