Perhaps you could pose some questions in a forum discussion. The only standardized test that I am aware of is called ENLACE and it was administered by SEP (Public Education Secretary) in 2008. It is only given periodically, not every year. The test is only for science, reading and math the best that I can recall. Different schools and districts across the country have different responses to ENLACE.
