Final countdown...
Five months ago, on March 23, we started a new project at Angloamericano Aragon, and now, we are finally in the countdown for the final exams of the first TDC generation....
Yes, I am excited and nervous, it was a great experience seeing trainees transforming...becoming TBLT facilitators and now they are dealing with the final details for their lesson plan and presentations...
UFFF I guess I am more excited and nervous than when I presented my own lesson plan to get my Diploma....
